Kerala Devaswom Recruitment Board (KDRB) has announced certificate verification dates for various posts

    The Kerala Devaswom Recruitment Board (KDRB) has announced that certificate verification for the posts advertised under the Travancore Devaswom Board, namely:

• Tutor (Thakil) – Category No. 07/2023
• Tutor (Nadaswaram) – Category No. 08/2023
• Tutor (Panchavadyam) – Category No. 09/2023

will be conducted on 02.12.2024 (Monday) from 10:30 AM onwards at the Kerala Devaswom Recruitment Board office, Ayurveda College Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

Candidates who have submitted valid applications must appear in person on 02.12.2024 with the original certificates and self-attested copies as required.

Important Notes:

• No extension will be granted for certificate verification or document submission under any circumstances.
• All candidates will be informed via registered post at their respective addresses provided in the application.
• Candidates should reach the KDRB office by 10:30 AM on the scheduled date for verification.

Documents Required:

1. Certificate proving date of birth as mentioned in the application.
2. Certificates validating qualifications as per the notification.
3. Identity proof as per the address provided in the profile (e.g., Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or any of the 16 acceptable documents recognized by KDRB). If the identity proof does not match the address in the application, a "One and the Same Certificate" issued by the Village Officer/Gazetted Officer must be submitted.
4. Community Certificate issued by the concerned Tahsildar for candidates eligible for reservation under Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe categories.
5. Two self-attested copies of all certificates must also be submitted along with the originals.
6. Candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) eligible for caste reservation must produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (NCLC) issued as per the Government Order No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009 (for employment under the State Government).
7. Candidates from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of the non-reserved Hindu communities must submit a certificate issued by the Village Officer as per GO(P) 79/2019/RD dated 18.11.2019 for recruitment conducted by the Kerala Devaswom Recruitment Board. 8. Candidates who have submitted 10th class certificates (ICSE/CBSE, etc.) that do not specify religion/caste must provide a Caste Certificate issued by the Village Officer to validate their religion and caste.
9. For the positions of Tutor (Thakil), Tutor (Nadaswaram), and Tutor (Panchavadyam), candidates who have served temporarily under the Travancore Devaswom Board must present a service experience certificate issued by the Devaswom Deputy Commissioner in the prescribed format.
